Website Privacy Notice

Last updated 3 November 2026

This notice covers the labkeep.app website only. The website keeps one piece of personal data: the e-mail address you choose to give the iPhone “Notify me” form. For the LabKeep app, see the app privacy policy.

1. Who we are

The website is run by LabKeep, the developer of the LabKeep app. Contact: hello@labkeep.app.

2. The “Notify me” e-mail form

  • What we keep: your e-mail address and the date and time you signed up. Nothing else — no name, and we do not store your IP address with it.
  • Why: only to send you an e-mail when LabKeep for iPhone is available. No newsletter, no marketing list, never sold or shared.
  • Legal basis: your consent — you type in the address and press “Notify me”. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 5).
  • Where it is stored: in Cloudflare Workers KV, the storage of the company that hosts this website. Cloudflare processes it for us and only on our instructions.
  • How long: we delete the list after the iPhone launch e-mail is sent. Addresses added from 3 November 2026 also delete themselves automatically 12 months after sign-up.

3. Anonymous counts

When someone downloads LabKeep Scans or follows a labkeep.app/get link, the website adds one to a daily total (for example, “Windows downloads on 3 November: 12”). Only the number is kept — no IP address, no device ID, nothing that identifies you.

4. No cookies, no trackers

The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no third-party scripts. Cloudflare, our host, handles the technical data of each request (such as your IP address) to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. We do not use that data to identify you.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your e-mail address at any time. Write to hello@labkeep.app from that address and we will do it. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

6. Changes

If the website starts keeping anything new, we will update this notice and the date at the top first.
